Trailox started as a cost tool. Reading access logs at scale, we kept finding things cost tools do not look for: AI agents nobody registered, credentials that were supposed to be retired still reading data, security tooling silently denied across thousands of buckets, and entire categories of event that appear in no other log.
The cost problem turned out to be a visibility problem. We rebuilt around the visibility.
